The easiest way would be to obtain a swarm - talk to your local beekeeping association as they probably maintain a list of beekeepers looking for swarms.

If you decide to wait for a swarm it's worth putting your hive in position as swarms sometimes move into unoccupied hives on their own.

If you buy a nucleus of bees or are transferring bees from another hive, you will need to make an adapter board so that they move down into the Warré hive - let us know if you'd like us to help with this.
